To guarantee the quality of the products you buy from SubarashiTech, we've put in place a rigorous Quality Control process for all our products.
Every product you buy from SubarashiTech has been quality controlled by our own contracted QC controlers before it was put on the warehouse shelves.
All products are visually inspected for good appearance.
All products are switched on and have their main functions tested one by one.
All packages are checked to ensure they contain the correct accessories. Accessories such as earphones and cables are tested as well.

All items our despatched from our warehouse in Hong Kong (China). There are no sales taxes or hidden charges to pay on the Hong Kong side when you buy at subarasitech.com - However, you may need to pay some taxes on your local side when you receive the goods.
These taxes are normally just the VAT (Value Added Tax) a tax included in the price of any product purchased in a store in your country.
Packages of lower values often are not taxed. If a tax is applicable the courier service will pay this charge and the person receiving the package will reimburse them upon delivery. Please research your countrys tax regulations.
